  2. Second email: If the customers don’t complete their orders after sending the 1st email, they will get the second email with a fixed amount discount coupon that is generated by Retainful seamlessly. The discount coupon is served as an incentive to motivate customers to finish their purchase.
  3. Third email: This email serves as a reminder to the discount coupon sent in the 2nd email. It creates a fear of missing out (FOMO) among the customers, otherwise, they will lose the fixed amount discount.
