We are excited to announce that with Retainful you can export your contacts. We Provide options to export your contacts either through store or through CSV File.
Note:
For Woocommerce: can syn only order.
For Shopify: can sync both orders and customer contacts.
Import Contacts
Step 1: Login to Retainful —> select Contacts
Step 2: Select the import type.
Step 3: If you select Import from store Continue the data validation.
If you select import through CSV file drag and drop your file and continue import.
Step 4: Confirm the imported contacts.
